Returns and Exchanges

Promotional Signs does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any custom products already produced.

 If a customer decides they want a different design after design is finalized and is sent to production or production is complete on any custom printed products, they will be required to pay an additional fee for any reprints they wish to have made. 
 

Promotional Signs DOES NOT offer or accept RETURNS on ANY CUSTOM PRODUCT or HARDWARE AT ANYTIME.(It will be at the discretion of management to accept a return for refund on hardware only. Return shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total).
