1.General Terms

Welcome to the Promotional Signs website, which is a division of Promotional Signs, LLC. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern how you may use the Promotional Signs website. By browsing,
using and accessing this website, you are agreeing that it is a privilege to use this website and that you must comply to the terms and conditions listed below. The rights to modify these terms and conditions at anytime, with or without prior warning or notice to the customer, belong to Promotional Signs. Any modifications to these terms and conditions made by Promotional Signs will come into effect as soon as the changes are posted on the Promotional Signs website. The rights to ban, revoke or cancel access to the website to anyone belongs to Promotional Signs.

All images and text contained on and/or within the Promotional Signs website belong to Promotional Signs and shall not be reused, sold or distributed without prior permission from Promotional Signs. It is prohibited to use any virus, malware or spy ware to harm, damage or disrupt the service of Promotional Signs. Doing so will result in legal repercussions, including but not limited to possible jail time. By using the Promotional Signs website, you are agreeing that you will not use the website in any prohibited way.

NEITHER Promotional Signs, NOR PROMOTIONAL SIGNS, NOR ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE LEGALLY FOR ANY CONTENT CONTAINED WITHIN THIS WEBSITE THAT ANY CUSTOMER OR PERSON MAY FIND OFFENSIVE.

2. Content Submitted to Promotional Signs

When you, the customer, submits logos, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content to Promotional Signs, you are granting Promotional Signs the right to use, copy, and distribute them for promotional and commercial use on flags, banners, signs, table covers, canopy tents, as well as, promotional use on our website. However, you, the customer, will still retain the rights to the logo, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content submitted. You will retain the right to have any logos, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content that you have submitted, removed from our website at anytime, if you so wish. By submitting logos, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content to Promotional Signs, you, the customer, agree that no submitted logos, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content will violate any laws, be hurtful or degrading to any person or contain any viruses or malware of any kind. Promotional Signs reserves the right to remove any customer logos, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content they deem to violate these terms and conditions at anytime, with or without prior warning or notice to the customer. Promotional Signs also reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, at anytime, who violates any or all of the terms and conditions listed above and below. Upon receiving logo, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content from a customer, Promotional Signs will then create and email back a proof with a few different design options for the customer to choose from. Promotional Signs assumes that all text sent to us is spelled correctly prior to us receiving the logo, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content.
If logo, artwork, text, ideas and/or other content submitted by the customer is discovered to be misspelled after production is complete, the customer will be charged an additional fee if they wish to reprint. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL

SPELLING IS CORRECT PRIOR TO SENDING Promotional Signs ANY LOGOS, ARTWORK, TEXT, IDEAS AND/OR OTHER CONTENT.

3. Cancelling Orders

Orders submitted to Promotional Signs may be cancelled up until actual production on the product begins. After actual production on the product begins, the customer will no longer be able to cancel the order and will be
required to pay an additional fee for any reprints they would like to order. Promotional Signs only will print what the customer themselves approves via proof emailed to the customer by Promotional Signs. If the customer approves of a design, then decides later that they don’t like the design after production is complete, the customer will be required to pay an additional fee for any reprints they may like to get. PLEASE BE SURE TO LOOK AT EMAILED PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING FINAL APPROVAL ON DESIGN TO Promotional Signs.

4.Warranties

Promotional Signs does not offer any warranties on any of its products, as the weather is unpredictable. Promotional Signs does, however, keep all previous customer designs on file so a reprint may be produced for an
additional fee, if the customer would like to do so. There is also no warranty offered on product hardware, however, replacement ground stakes, poles, x-bases, water bags and/or other hardware is available to order separately for an additional cost if the customer needs to do so.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Promotional Signs does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any custom products already produced. If a customer decides they want a different design after production is complete on any custom printed products, they will be required to pay an additional fee for any reprints they wish to have made. Promotional Signs will only except an exchange on product hardware if hardware is unused and returned to Promotional Signs in the original condition.
If product hardware is used or not in original condition, Promotional Signs will not except any exchanges and customer will be required to pay an additional fee if they would like to order a different type of product hardware.
Promotional Signs DOES NOT offer or accept RETURNS on ANY CUSTOM PRODUCT or HARDWARE AT ANYTIME.(It will be at the discretion of management to accept a return for refund on hardware only. Return shipping cost will need to be covered by customer and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total).Promotional Signs
DOES NOT offer REFUNDS for any PRODUCT HARDWARE or ANY PRINTED PRODUCTS already produced, AT ANYTIME.

6. Payment/Pay after Design Lead Times.

When payment is received on an order we will generally communicate with you within 1 business day requesting design description, artwork and/or logo. When payment is not received and “Pay After Design” is chosen, we generally communicate with you within 1 to 2 business days requesting design description, artwork and/or logo.
